I too breastfed babies through medical school and residency. It was hard. I didn't sleep through the night for 13 years, I hate to say. But eventually you get to the point where you can say, help yourself kiddo and not even wake up. It was hard, but it was worth it. And no, I don't think formula is the next best thing. Hi.
